The T1 Termination Bar is designed to secure flashing at the top and is compatible with all H&B membrane and copper-laminate flashings. It is available with an optional Foam-Tite Seal (FTS) to help inhibit moisture infiltration. This seal is factory-installed to fill small voids between the termination bar and uneven substrate surfaces, offering enhanced protection against water penetration as sealant deteriorates over time.
