Industry Homes Return Policy

At Industry Homes, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, which is why we offer a transparent and straightforward return/exchange policy for our customers.

Return/Exchange Eligibility:

  • You may return or exchange unused or defective products within 30 days from the order date.
  • Some returns/exchanges may incur restocking fees.
  • Proof of purchase is required for verification. If your order information cannot be verified, you will need to provide proof of purchase.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipment costs unless the product received is incorrect, defective, or was damaged during transit.

Initiating a Return/Exchange:

  • All return/exchange requests must receive prior approval from our support team. Please contact info@industryhomes.com to begin the process. This step ensures we can provide you with the correct instructions and return address, helping avoid unnecessary fees.
  • Please note, Made To Order items are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Return/Exchange Requirements:

To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, please include the following with your return:

  • All original packaging, including boxes, Styrofoam, bubble wrap, plastic bags, etc.
  • The original intact UPC barcode. Removing the UPC code will void the return request.
  • The original packing slip.
  • All accessories, such as cords, cases, transformers, remote controls, batteries, tools, etc.
  • All manufacturer instruction manuals, warranty cards, registration information, and other documentation.

Defective Merchandise:

  • For items deemed defective by the manufacturer within 30 days of shipment, we offer an exchange or a refund upon the return of the defective unit. Return authorization is required.

Non-Defective Merchandise:

  • If you wish to return an unused and non-defective item within 30 days of shipment, we will process your request. Restocking fees and return shipping costs will apply. Once the merchandise is returned, a refund for a non-defective item will be issued, subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% of the purchase price. Customers are responsible for all original and return shipping expenses.
